- How much does your service cost?
- Terms and remuneration are set out clearly before management begins, according to the property and the level of service. We present them during a first conversation, with no obligation.
- Is there a time commitment?
- A first conversation commits you to nothing. If we work together, the terms are specified before launch. Nothing starts without your agreement.
- What if I want my property back?
- Your home remains yours. If you wish to take management back, we organise the transition according to the agreed terms.
- Do you also handle linen and cleaning?
- Yes. We coordinate cleaning, linen, arrivals and departures so that each stay is prepared with care.
- Do you operate outside Tangier?
- We focus our activity on Tangier and its main districts. Beyond that, each property is considered on a case-by-case basis.
